Why is there a demand for property for sale in Istanbul, Asian side? Buyers are noticing that Istanbul’s Asian side has plenty to offer. Istanbul may shine towards the European side of the city, which is a bridge between the European and Asian continents, with all the historical, tourist, and economic significance of Istanbul, in most cases, particularly from foreigners and those coming from outside this charming city, the Asian side of the city is no less significant in its aesthetic.

Facilities in Istanbul, Asian side
On the Asian side of Istanbul, it has shopping centres, attractions, parks, entertainment centres, and significant economic projects. You will notice and be amazed by the movement and restlessness that makes you see another renewed face of Istanbul, the city full of surprises and endless beauty.

The real estate sector is thriving, as with all other facilities that will surprise you in Istanbul, Asia, and prosperity is, through massive projects, great demand, enticing deals, and attractions that you should certainly draw attention to set your sights if you think a good investment project is.

Real estate for sale in Istanbul, Asian side
On the Asian side of Istanbul, there are massive projects! They consist of apartments for sale in Kartal and apartments for sale in Kadikoy, one of Istanbul’s fastest-growing neighbourhoods.

Most projects are located near metro stations, as they are directly linked to the metro bus connecting both sides and ferry terminals, and some projects are located near the E5 highway and close to all major transport arteries, such as the TEM highway, the Anatolian Expressway and the Baghdad Street coastal route, and most projects are close to Sabiha Airport.

The Marmara Sea and its islands are neglected by several real estate ventures on the Asian side, some of which also have cultural centres, exhibition halls, swimming pools, walking and leisure areas, sports clubs, and sauna centres, and some have open shopping centres, cafes, restaurants, and stores.

Commercial property for sale in Istanbul, Asian side
Much like the European side, real estate projects on the Asian side, in addition to shops and independent spaces, include home or commercial offices, making them suitable for those who want to invest in the real estate sector in Istanbul or those who want to set up a commercial business. The Asian part is an original part of the city of Istanbul and, compared to the European party, enjoys relative peace, as well as a charming green environment, not to mention its diversity of regions and tourist attractions, which have rendered Istanbul Asia a destination for the elite of people in business, owners and visitors.

How do you get to Istanbul on the Asian side?
Air
You can take the ‘Havatas’ bus from Sabiha International Airport, 20 km east of Kadikoy, which can be reached by the ‘E10’ public bus, which connects the airport to Taksim European side and Kadikoy on the Asian side.

Train
Istanbul’s central station for Asian destinations, located about a 5-10 minutes’ walk from Kadikoy city centre, is via ‘Haydarpaşa’ station. Marmaray, which links the Ayrılık Çeşmesi and üsküdar stations to the European side, is the fastest way to travel between the European and Asian sides of Istanbul, and Marmaray also connects to the Yenikapı metro line 1. In addition to the new train, Sabiha Airport will be linked to the new Istanbul Airport.

Bus
